Produced by The Met Museum in close collaboration with Steve Miller, leader of the legendary Steve Miller Band. Paying homage to the "space cowboy" theme, the tee design features Miller's band logo and two views of his famous Gibson Les Paul TV Special guitar. The back of the shirt shows The Met logo and the dates of the exhibition Play It Loud: Instruments of Rock & Roll, in which several of Miller's distinctive guitars are on display.
